Our Dinner Suggestions Come From Decades of Experience Serving the Most Delicious Meals, Prepared by Chefs that Specialize in Making Your Wedding Experience Unique and Forever Memorable.  We can prepare ANYTHING you like....whether you find it in the typical suggestions below, or not.  Ask us for a sample of your favorite meal!

(Suggestion - Consider lowering your costs by only serving a brunch or late luncheon to your most intimate friends or family (not more than 65...) earlier in the day, followed by your "big" beach wedding.   Your wedding can then have an almost unlimited number of guests...all on the beach.  That way, you can save the cost of feeding everyone an expensive meal, reduce your rental time of the mansion, and still serve beverages, sandwiches and dessert in the pavilion above the beach, after the wedding.)

Summer Salad

Mescaline greens complimented with freshly sliced oranges and walnuts in a vinaigrette dressing.

Caesar Salad

Romaine lettuce topped with sliced Bermuda onions, home style croutons, sliced mushrooms, black olives, cheddar cheese, and Caesar dressing.

Greek Salad

Assorted fresh greens complimented with feta cheese, garbanzo beans, cucumbers, red onions, tomatoes, and topped with an oregano vinaigrette.

BLT Salad

Fresh lettuce tossed with tomatoes, olives, bacon, cheese and a Picante dressing. 

Green Bean Salad

Green beans topped with corn and basil, tossed with an olive oil balsamic vinaigrette and lemon juice.

Mixed Greens & Roasted Walnuts

Fresh, mescaline greens, tossed with roasted walnuts, chunks of Gorgonzola cheese, olive oil, and tarragon vinegar

Tomato Cucumber Salad

NOTE- Serving alcoholic beverages requires purchase of a local alcohol permit ($75) that funds a city requirement that a police officer, a member of the local police force, can be hired to remain on duty during the event.  However, only beer and wine are permissible.
